The leadership of your guild.

As you are all aware, I currently have Fallacy, Jmé and Serath as my officers. After the addition of todays 'Admin' rank, I would like to open up an additional officer and admin slot.

What the officer role would require:

• Organisation of the guild bank. I know there isn't alot in there but I need someone who knows the AH market well. My goal is to have the guild bank support us all during raids, ie. flasks and repairs.
  
• A general knowledge of who is in the guild. So when we're putting together raids you would be able to provide me with information about an individual's spec and so on.
  
• Being able to support me when there is a tough decision or make the decision by yourself if you are the only acting officer online, unfortunetly there are always times when tough decisions have to be made.
  

What the admin role will require:

• Being able to assist the officers and me during raids. That means talking on TS, explaining tactics, having a word with someone who isn't performing up to standards.
  
• Along with Currysauce, keep the dkp system up to date.
  
• Keeping an eye on trials. That will involve attending rg3 some weeks if thats where all the trials are.

Hey Rosa , If RG2 will be using dkp aswell , you'll need to tell me the RL of RG2 every week so i konw who to ask for who spends dkp etc. So if you could get someone to do that reguraly it would be awesome

I dont think dkp in 10 mans is a good idea tbh

same here, never have and i doubt we ever will untill cataclysm anyway

Let's just keep DKP to a 25man man basis and have our 10mans functioning seperately..

On a side note, I'd like a crack at either of the two ranks. I've been both assisting GM, Officer and something similar to admin earlier, during TBC, and i like diplomacy, so i think i'd make a valuable addition to the "staff" of the guild

We need an officer, or at least someone in the position of power to act as a face for the other raid group, that way, we can communicate directly with the raid leader, rather than asking around for people.
Sharz may well be this person!
