I read application form...is good but maybe we need to add one more question; standard boss fight rotacion(when to use AW,wich Seal to use when and how if is pally...order of spell/attack) when dps/tank/heal. I see that in Closure and think that is good thing.
In lot of application there was lot of fail rotacions...so we can see how know to play with his/her class.

Like i said, its a good idea regardless, if we were actively recruiting, we'd implement this.
